Tekane gained his business management, governance and finance experience via working at his own early stage fintech
company that focused on building direct lending platforms for lenders and creating a digital marketplace for borrowers
and lenders to interact, as well as through his own consulting companies. He further gained his Finance know-how
through his postgraduate education that focused on leveraging off finance and capital through DFIs to develop Africa;
create jobs, alleviate poverty, provide access to capital to SMEs and create green economies.

University BA (Hons) Business Management, whose experience includes Project Management, Emerging Technologies,
Operations and Strategic Partnerships.
Nini gained her project management, operations and strategic partnerships experience via implementing a project under a
multinational company. Through this experience, she led the execution of the project and was also responsible for
building partnerships with different organizations. She also has experience working on a research project under another
multinational foundation and also worked at an independent financial consulting firm under compliance. Nini also has
experience working with a blockchain-based B2B payment platform company under business development.
